Frolicking: 04/06/17
HEY
ALL
So, remember that old "frolicking" post I made months ago? Well, I really liked the idea. Going around and taking pictures and making fools out of yourselves with a camera and poses. Yep, real nice.
I don't know about you guys, but for me, pictures tell stories.
Ah, summer. Most people choose this time to go out more and hang out. I would like, too, but circumstances wouldn't allow me to go out every time I wish! However, when I finally can step out, I always, always try to make the most out of things. I'm trying this new thing in which, whenever I get the chance to go out, I take pictures. Doesn't matter whether it's a different place or the same spot, I want to take pictures. Every new day is a new memory and can't be repeated.
Besides, my short term memory needs some work. This will do the trick!
My "frolicking mate" for the day? My sister, Mari!
So after we ate lunch at Lechon Haus, we decided to, well, look around in fashion stores. We wouldn't buy anything because, well, fashion is life but art is lifer.
Besides, I have a secret project going on heh heh so that pretty much means I'll have to turn away from dresses and shoes for a while *gun emojis*
Afterwards, we went to Southpoint for photo ops.
Fact: the escalator picture required tons of going up and down the escalator, but it was all worth it HAHAHAHAHA hope no one really minded!
Then, we walked over to Starbucks. I'm just going to leave this here.
Ah, how she loves to wait! |
Shortly after that, we strolled around Plazuela.
And then we found a fire hydrant. I proceeded to do something only my best friend would do. Shoutout to Poste! Mahiya ka naman sa amin! You even set it as your profile picture, you big Goofball! HAHAHAHAHAHA
Life gets better, all! |
Then, we walked back to SM. Now, here's a little funny thing that happened: we were going down the escalator from the third floor to the second floor, when I was sure I saw Pauline, one of my dear friends who transferred to St. Paul's University. I ran towards the railing and shouted her name (yes, because I'm like that), but sadly she didn't hear, so what I did was run to the ground floor and chase after her.
It was one of the most unlikely of reunions, but it still happened. Shoutout to 5/7 of our whole "Librarians Squad" as we called it when I was in Grade 8: Carla, Princess, Vincent, Ian, and Eric! Hopefully we all see each other again. Together.
I missed youuuu ahuhuhu |
Afterwards, we found my parents and brother in the food hall. I must say, the whole fam enjoyed playing with my camera! Good times, nonetheless.
Then, we left SM to go to S&R to buy food. We went around for a while, which led to Mari being reunited with a huge teddy bear she saw last week.
Wellllllllp. |
Kyrie eleison. |
Mari and I waited a while for the sun to set, but it was worth it.
(Panira 'tong Suzuki na 'to HAHAHAHA) |
Well, that's about it! We went home shortly afterwards, but everything was all cool. Here's to more moments of frolicking, and hope next time, we'll have more "frolicking mates". Ahem, ahem, shoutout to all my bbs and prends! You know who you are 🙋💓💓💓
